We want you to be happy with your HardWater order.

Because many apparel items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help make it right.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Items must be unused and in the condition received.

HardWater reserves the right to review each issue before approving a replacement, refund, or store credit.
